Here are some pictures of what we did Christmas day. We hope you all had a Merry Christmas!!

Christmas Morning

On Christmas Eve we got home around midnight. We had to wake Kaelor early on Christmas morning so that we could have time for everybody else we needed to visit during the day. He was not happy and hated the Christmas thing. I don't have many pictures because he just cried all day. We were disappointed because we thought he would love Christmas. He got a drum set and that's all he cared about for the day, so I just took pictures of his stuff instead of him with it! We had a very busy day, but it was a very good Christmas! We all got more than we could have ever imagined.

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas eve down in St George with Britts dad and family. We had a blast and as always we didn't have enough time with them. I got Wii fit, a vinyl lettering saying and lotion. Jeramy got an extremely nice air soft gun that is like a machine gun He was SO excited! Kaelor got some books and puzzles, but was too busy playing with "papa" to care!

1.Where were you when you first found out that you were pregnant? Home.

2.Who was with you? Nobody

3.How did you find out that you were pregnant? Home pregnancy test

4.What was your first reaction to finding out you were pregnant? I couldn't believe it! We had been trying for years so I was so excited!

5.Who was the first person you told? My best friend and Jeramy, I told him we were having a baby and he thought we'd been called for a foster kid.

6.Did you plan to get pregnant? Yes

7.Did you tell everyone else right away? yes! We were so excited we couldn't wait!

8.Was everybody happy for you? Yes

9.Did you go out and celebrate? No, I was too sick.

10.Did you want to find out the sex? Yes there is no way we could wait!

11.What was the sex? Definately a boy. I was convinced we were having a girl, so when they showed us it was a boy I was shocked!!

12.Did anyone throw you a baby shower? My mom, sister, and Grandma

13.Did you get any outfits at the baby shower that you just knew that you wouldnt put on your baby? No

14.How much weight did you gain? I lost about 10 pounds at first then gained it back plus about 10 more pounds

15.Did you lose all of the weight that you gained? not really

16.Did you get any stretch marks? Yes my stomach looks like a pink zebra!

17.What did you crave the most? Fruit, pineapple mostly.

18.Did you crave anything crazy? No.

19.Who or what got on your nerves? Nothing really

20.Did you have any complications during your pregnancy? Yes, I started going into labor at about 5 months and would go into labor about once a week after that

21.Where and when did you go into labor? Um.. everywhere, I was always going into labor!

22.Did your water break? No, but at 7 months it started leaking

23.Who drove you to the hospital? Jeramy, we only lived a couple blocks away.

24.Who was in the room when you gave birth? The whole C-section team, but I barely made it in there in time! It was all so fast, Jeramy was running behind us in the hall to the OR but still didn't make it in time to see him born.

25.Did you go early or late? A month early. They were turning him because he was breech and his heart stopped so they had to deliver emergency C-section.

26.How long were you in labor for? 3 months.

27.Did you have any drugs for the pain? I had an epidural to turn him and then ended up in C-section

28.Did you go natural or have a C-section? C-section

29.What was your first reaction after giving birth? I was nervous because he was so early and it all happened so fast-3 min from decision time to delivery. But I didn't get to see him for 10 hours so I was just extremely anxious!

30.How big was the baby? 5 lb 14 oz, 19 inches

31.Did your husband cry? I dont know I didn't see him for a few hours.

32.What did you name the baby? Kaelor Jeramy Pearson

33.Does the name have any significant meaning? Not really, we just liked the name, then of course the traditional middle name after his daddy

34.Did you have any visitors? Yes, but not everybody made it in time because I was released just a few hours after the C-section so I could go to St George to be with him in the NICU.

35.Did the baby have any complications? Yes. His heart stopped which was why I had emergency C-section, then he had a collapsed lung so was life flighted to St George, and had a chest tube. Then He also had Jaundice.

36.How old is your baby today? 18 months on Christmas day! I cant believe it!!

37.When is the next one coming? Hopefully soon! We've been trying for a year because we know it takes me a long time. I'm currently on fertility treatments, so hopefully they will work!

38.If you could would you do it all over again? Yes, We had a rough road getting him here but I would do it all again in a second!!

Santa Claus!

I took Kaelor to see Santa. If you can't tell, he REALLY didn't like it! Haha oh well, maybe next year!

Yay for snow!

We finally got our first snow. I love the snow at Christmas time, but after that it just needs to be spring! I let Kaelor go play in it for awhile, at first he wasn't so sure about it. He would step in it, then hurry and stomp it all off of his feet. Each time he'd go a little bit farther out into it. It was cold so we didn't play for long but he sure screamed when I made him come in!!

Christmas Tree

We've had our tree up for awhile now, I'm just a slacker and am just now getting the pictures posted. Jeramy and Kaelor put the tree together, then I decorated it. Kaelor had so much fun even though I'm pretty sure he didn't know what was going on!!
